Golf Analysis Fitness Program

Swinging a golf club requires an intricate combination of flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. Horizon Physical Therapy’s Golf Fitness and Rehabilitation Program is designed to improve your body’s ability to move efficiently through the proper swing plane.

This is achieved by using slow-motion video analysis combined with a musculoskeletal evaluation to identify problems that can lead to underperformance or injury.

Who could benefit from this program?

Golfers at any skill level looking to optimize performance by addressing individualized golf fitness goals.

How is this different from golf lessons?

This program is designed to work in conjunction with your current swing coach or teaching professional, if applicable. It focuses on improving range of motion, flexibility, strengthening, and coordination issues.

What are the program goals?

At the end of the session, the golfer will be able to identify what fitness deficits are present in his or her golf swing. Through exercise prescription, the participant will be able to maximize power with less effort and decrease pain or prevent injury.

Levels of Service

For those who are just getting started. This level includes 1 visit and a slow motion video analysis. 

For more experienced golfers who would like to prevent injury and improve golfing form and efficiency. This includes 3 sessions and a slow motion video analysis.
